CSFail is an online platform for opening CS2 cases and playing skin-based mini-games. Operating since 2018, registered as DEVS LLC in Armenia. Over 61 million games played and 3+ million players worldwide.
How do I register?▾
No separate registration required. Click "Login with Steam" and authorize via Steam OpenID. Your CSFail account is automatically created on first login.
What is the minimum age?▾
CSFail services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority.
Is CSFail available in my country?▾
CSFail is available in most countries. However, it is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gambling. Check your local regulations before playing.
Deposits & Withdrawals
How do I deposit funds?▾
Go to your account, click "Deposit" and choose a payment method. Minimum deposit — $1. Funds are credited instantly after payment confirmation.
How do I withdraw skins?▾
Go to your CSFail inventory, select a skin and click "Withdraw to Steam". Make sure your Steam trade URL is set in the settings. Trade offers usually arrive within minutes.
Why hasn't my trade arrived?▾
Check that your Steam Trade URL is correctly set. Make sure your Steam inventory is not private. Trade offers usually arrive within 5–30 minutes. If the issue persists — contact support.

Is CSFail fair?▾
Yes! CSFail uses Provably Fair — a cryptographic system that lets any player independently verify any game result. Learn more on the Provably Fair page.
What games are available?▾
CSFail offers: 40+ CS2 Cases, Crash, Wheel, Crazy Wheel, Double, Mines, Defuse, and Chicken Road. New games are added regularly.
What is the house edge?▾
CSFail operates with a house edge of approximately 1–5% depending on the game. This is used to maintain the platform. Exact values are specified on each game's page.
