Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between DEVS LLC ("CSFail", "Company") and users of the CSFail platform. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

CSFail is an online platform for opening digital cases and participating in mini-games using Counter-Strike 2 skins. The platform is registered as DEVS LLC (LEC 55224776) in the Republic of Armenia and operates in accordance with applicable law.

2. Age and Eligibility

CSFail services are available exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. By using the platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority and are entitled to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to request age verification.

3. Account Registration

Platform use requires Steam authorization. You are responsible for the security of your Steam account. Each player may have only one CSFail account. Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited.

4. Fair Play Rules

  • Use of bots, scripts or automated systems is prohibited
  • Market manipulation or collusion with other players is prohibited
  • Bypassing a banned account is prohibited
  • Any attempts at fraud or abuse will result in account termination

5. Financial Terms

5.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit — $1. All transactions are processed in USD. Deposits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Withdrawals

Skin withdrawals are available after meeting platform conditions (verification, deposit turnover). Withdrawal time — typically up to 30 minutes. CSFail reserves the right to review transactions for fraud.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

Gambling can be addictive. CSFail supports responsible gaming and provides self-restriction tools (deposit limits, temporary account lock).

6. Intellectual Property

All CSFail content (design, logos, texts, graphics) is the intellectual property of DEVS LLC. Copying or using materials without written permission is prohibited. CS2 skins are the property of Valve Corporation.

7. Limitation of Liability

CSFail is not liable for: loss of gaming profits, technical failures of Steam or payment systems, actions of third parties. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

8. Account Termination

CSFail reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice in cases of: Agreement violations, suspected fraud, receipt of a lawful authority request.

9. Changes to Agreement

The Company may amend this Agreement. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.
