Trade offer hasn't arrived▾
1. Check that your Steam Trade URL is correctly set in your CSFail profile settings. 2. Make sure your Steam inventory is not set to private. 3. Check Steam for any trade holds on your account. 4. Usually trade offers arrive within 30 minutes. If not — contact support with your account ID and withdrawal time.
Can't log in with Steam▾
Make sure Steam is not down — check status.steampowered.com. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Try a different browser. If the issue persists — contact our support team.
Balance was deducted but case didn't open▾
Don't panic! Refresh the page — the skin may already be in your inventory. Check your game history. If balance was deducted but no item was awarded — contact support immediately with the exact time of the incident.
How to top up balance?▾
Log in to CSFail, go to your account page and click "Deposit". Choose a payment method (card, crypto, etc.), enter amount (minimum $1) and complete the payment. Funds are credited instantly.
